MANAGEMENT PROFILE

It is our practice to ensure that all the staff responsible for an engagement has appropriate experience in the industry of a particular client. The key personnel who will be involved in the audit and their respective roles are;

    • Funso Alabi - Managing Partner
    • Femi Ojo-Fajuyi - Partner
    • Tayo Dawodu - Senior Manager


We state in the following paragraphs brief profiles of the key staff.

Funso Alabi

Mr. Funso Alabi is a graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1988 and is currently a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He had his Audit training with the then Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterHouseCoopers).


Mr. Alabi had varied experience in aviation, petroleum and Communication industries spanning over a period of twenty one years. In addition, he has had the privilege of extensive on-the-job training both locally and overseas. He has held various career and management positions in many organisations including Aviation Development Company Plc, Alan Dick and Company (West Africa) Limited, Omatek Ventures Plc and Biokem Engineering (Nigeria) Limited. He currently runs the firm of Funso Alabi & Co. Chartered Accountants, as the Managing Partner.

 

Femi Ojo-Fajuyi


Mr. Femi Ojo-Fajuyi is a graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic Owo and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), An Associate member Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Mr. Ojo-Fajuyi Alabi had experience in banking, petroleum and Securities Trading Companies spanning over a period of twenty three years. He has held various career and management positions in many organisations including Lagos Building Investment Company Limited, Dabvic Ventures Limited and Director in so many other companies at various capacities. Femi had his audit training in the firm since 1996 and is currently the staff partner in the firm of Funso Alabi & Co. Chartered Accountants

 

Tayo Dawodu


Mr. Tayo Dawodu is a graduate of Accountancy from Lagos Polytechnic, Isolo and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), An Associate member Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, A member of Chartered Institute Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) and an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Mr. Dawodu had experience in banking and Stock broking industries spanning over a period of 20 years. He has held various career and management positions in organisations including Lagos Building Investment Company Limited and other companies at various capacities. Omotayo had his audit training in the firm since 2000 and is currently a Senior Manager in the firm of Funso Alabi & Co. Chartered Accountants.
